Rifts not only come in the form of personal relationships but have also been seen in the Asian art world. Finally, after centuries a rift has been reunited.

A Chinese painting that has been said to be 660 years old had been torn centuries ago. One piece of the mural sitting in Taiwan while the other piece lay on the Chinese mainland. This mural has been brought together for an exhibition at a Taiwanese museum.

Reuniting a huge piece of history that has not been together in such a long amount of time could be a great thing in the art community as well as the population as a whole.
