"The Small Paintings" of Zhiwei Tu collect 
principally landscapes done in a period when
the artist was experimenting with various 
surfaces and techniques. These delightful images
come from his imagination, but draw inspiration
from the very real breathtaking vistas of the China 
where he grew up, lived, and traveled.
