Famous woodcut by Mr. Tu's father-in-law, the late Hu Yichuan, at the age of 22 years old. "The urgency of the shouting main figure, crushed against the picture plane in broad slashes of white and black, both impelled on and followed by the masklike phalanx of figures behind, conveys the uncontrollable dynamics of a mass movement.
