Controversy has always been a thing that has gone hand in hand with art work. Some pieces have been too racy for the public while others have been deemed distasteful.

In Beijing China controversy has once again sparked in the artistic community. Various works have been banned from an art exhibition due to the content in which it has represented. The artist has been banned from showing works that have depicted an earthquake in which children had died in a school building among other works.

Some may have found certain artistic works distasteful or unapologetic; however others may have seen it as a part of life. No particular party has ever been right but it has typically been up to a higher power than the artist to not offend anyone with art.
